407 Proxy Authentication Required Utilizo un servidor proxy que requiere un nombre de usuario y una contraseña. Configuré el proxy de mi sistema manualmente, insertando los números requeridos en el proxy de Redes y aplicándolo a todo el sistema. Supongo que el problema ahora es conectar mi nombre de usuario y contraseña.

Oct 07, 2011 · I had a similar problem where synaptic worked well (after entering proxy settings, along with the authentication details, in Settings->Preferences->Network), but apt-get gave "407 Proxy Authentication Required".
