Once removed, the email address becomes unavailable for 60 days, without being able to undo, even the technical support won't (or "can't") do anything to fix it. You can do this by viewing your Recent activity logs that can be accessed from the left hand menu bar on your Yahoo Account page. As you can see from the screenshot, the right hand side will show you a list of places and devices where your Yahoo account has been accessed recently.
